Check out the 2018 Toyota Camry's safety features

If you're looking for a midsize sedan, the Toyota Camry is probably high on your list of vehicles to test drive. At Kolosso Toyota we have a great selection to choose from, and we think you'll love how hard this model works to keep you, passengers, and fellow drivers safe.

Below are safety highlights you can find standard or available on the new 2018 Toyota Camry.

Toyota Safety Sense P (TSS-P)

This system of advanced safety technologies is standard across the entire trim-level lineup. With TSS-P you get the following amenities.

Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist: alerts you if you're drifting out of your lane and gives the vehicle a nudge back if you don't make the change.

Automatic High Beams: no more accidentally blinding oncoming traffic with your high beams. This feature will take care of the changes for you!

Pre-Collision Alert with Pedestrian Detection: if your Camry detects a possible collision, you'll get an alert. The collision not only tracks for vehicles, but also pedestrians, which is helpful in busy downtown areas.

Dynamic Radar Cruise Control: have you had your cruise control on but the person in front of you doesn't, forcing you to constantly adjust your setting? With this technology, the car will make the speed adjustments for you.

Other Technologies

The TSS-P is very comprehensive, but there are still other technologies you can find outside the package. A backup camera and Bluetooth are standard. Hit the XLE trim and you'll get LED lights, which provide better visibility. This trim also introduces blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert. With the Drive Assistance packages on many of the higher trims you can get a heads-up display that helps you keep your eyes on the road and an around view camera for safer parking or reversing.
